At CCMR Solutions, we design college, career, and military readiness pathways that begin with the realities of today’s labor market and national service opportunities. Guided by insight from industry partners and military readiness stakeholders, we align education with workforce and defense-sector needs—collaborating with school districts, colleges, and community organizations to ensure students graduate prepared for every pathway to success.

Together, we develop curriculum frameworks, credentials, work-based learning experiences, and leadership skills that cultivate both the technical expertise and discipline essential for thriving in high-demand industries and in service to our nation. Our work connects classrooms to careers—and to service—equipping every learner with the tools to contribute, lead, and strengthen the communities and country they call home.

Diana Del Pilar brings over 33 years of experience in education and community partnerships, specializing in access initiatives for underrepresented student populations. Her work focuses on bridging K–12 and postsecondary systems through strategic alliances that increase dual credit participation, college enrollment, and credential attainment among Latine students. She is a passionate advocate for educational equity and first-generation student success.

With over 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, principal, and higher education leader, Dr. Lucio leads initiatives that strengthen college, career, and military readiness (CCMR) systems across Texas. His work at CCMR Solutions and Texas A&M focuses on leadership development, equitable access, and data-informed improvement. He advocates for inclusive pathways for Latine and first-generation students, guided by the belief that “readiness begins with belonging.”.

With over 15 years of professional experience in education as a classroom educator, instructional coach, and assessment coordinator, Jonathan Duncan was fueled by the imperative to transcend poverty and discovered an early passion for teaching. A first generation college graduate, his path has been carved through a unique and complementary background: years of blue-collar labor, followed by high-level international IT management. This diverse experience instilled a rare ability to understand and optimize complex systems—both physical and logistical.
