Diana Del Pilar, M.Ed.: Architect of Opportunity and Visionary Partner, CCMR Solutions
Diana Del Pilar, M.Ed., is the Chief Executive Officer of CCMR Solutions, LLC, and a passionate advocate for bridging the impasse between students and equitable access to opportunity, whose life story is her mission statement. Born in Monterrey, Mexico, and raised in Houston, Texas, Diana is a first-generation immigrant and college graduate who understands that for historically marginalized communities, a career aligned, high quality-education paired with real world experiences of value is the pathway to systemic change. Her defining passion is to serve, empower, and advocate for minority students who have been underrepresented or systemically oppressed, ensuring they claim their rightful place in the world of opportunity.

This deep personal conviction drives her three decades of mastery in K-12 education. Diana knows the system from every perspective, having climbed the career ladder from a dedicated teacher assistant to a bilingual teacher, literacy specialist, principal, and ultimately, a leadership coach contracting to serve 22 schools across the Greater Houston and North Texas region for Educate Texas, and the Chief of School Performance for Children At Risk. This journey of dedication has forged her into a trusted partner who offers solutions that are not merely theoretical but are field-tested and proven in the most challenging urban environments.

Proven Impact: Building the Workforce Pipeline
Diana is recognized as the visionary leader who engineered pathways to economic self-sufficiency. She is the Founding Principal of Rose M. Avalos Pathways in Technology Early College High School (Aldine ISD), a model created in her childhood community to ensure economically disadvantaged students earned industry certifications, workforce certificates and associate’s degrees in high-wage earning programs while in high school. Her expertise in second-chance education is equally powerful: she founded Middle College High School at HCC Gulfton, a lauded campus celebrated by the Houston Chronicle for reengaging youth who had abandoned hope for a high school diploma.

Because Diana secured her initial Aldine ISD employment her senior year of high school through the computer programming and employability skills she learned through her high school education experiences, she champions the design of high-leverage, direct workforce pipelines that ensure students graduate with both academic readiness and postsecondary credentials required for success in modern industry.

Having secured her initial employment with Aldine ISD during her senior year of high school—a testament to the computer programming and employability skills gained through her education—Diana now champions the creation of high-leverage, direct workforce pipelines. Her focus is on ensuring students graduate with both the necessary academic readiness and the postsecondary credentials essential for success in modern industry.

Partnership: Scaling Excellence Through Collective Commitment
As a certified executive leadership and life coach, Diana now guides district and industry executives who are ready to stop talking about change and start building it. She transitioned her expertise to the coaching, training, and consulting domain to focus on scaling success, specializing in the design and continuous improvement of innovative high schools that accelerate College, Career, Military Readiness (CCMR) outcomes. Her unique methodology focuses on building the collective commitment necessary to drive system-level change, ensuring partners, philanthropists, and leaders are aligned for maximum impact on opportunity communities.
